We offer 9 standard colors and over 40 extended color options. Check out our Colors page for more information. 

Holds are made-to-order at Aragon elastomers. Order fulfillment timelines depend on size of order, color preferences, and shipping logistics, etc. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. However, orders may take over 60 days to ship.

We are currently running our limited pre-sale. Our goal here is to keep prices low and make our holds accessible to everyone while streamlining our process by keeping orders on the website.  Once the presale is done we will update our bulk discounts and provide a spreadsheet order form. 

Order Cancellation 

Once your order enters the manufacturing stage, the holds are custom made for you. After that point, canceled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Manufacturing Defects 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Holds made at Aragon come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter an issue, reach out to us at orders@deathgripsclimbing.com, and we will find a solution.

Returns 

Climbing hold returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Holds must be unused and in the original packaging. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@deathgripsclimbing.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Shipping on returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds Warranty claims and returns must be inspected before a refund is processed. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
